5:30 - 6:30am

Getting up early has never been so much fun! Join us for a mix of Resistance, Intervals, Strength & Endurance that will shape, define and make you Shine as you take your fitness to the next level.
Great for any fitness level.

TUESDAY

Power Hour

5:30 - 6:30am

TRAINER: Renee G.

This cycling workout uses the power of music to help push you to YOUR limit. It’s a complete cardio challenge that demands 50 minutes of everything you’ve got, ending with core and cool down. You’ll leave this ride drenched and feeling invigorated.

Great for any fitness level.

WEDNESDAY

Holy HIIT

5:15 - 6:00am

TRAINER: Randi W.

Prepare yourself for the next generation of HIIT training. Every second is super-charged with lightning fast intervals utilizing bells, bars, balls and body. Class format will vary so expect the unexpected.
Great for any fitness level.

THURSDAY

Bike, Bells, BURN!

5:15 - 6:00am

TRAINER: Randi W.

It’s a great morning to maximize your cardiovascular and muscle endurance.This class combines bike intervals and strength sets using kettlebells and dumbbells for a total body BURN for every BODY.

Great for any fitness level.

Renee Golinvaux

Renee Golinvaux has been an Instructor/Trainer with Underground Fitness (formerly BRX Fitness) since January 2011. She's been involved in and had a love of athletics for as long as she can remember and decided to put her enthusiasm and energy to work in the fitness world. An avid cyclist, Renee loves the outdoors and enjoys participating in long distance rides, runs and hikes. Renee loves working with clients one on one and putting together fun, challenging classes for all fitness levels to enjoy, but her drive to be better comes from watching her clients accomplish more than they ever thought they could! Her Certifications include: Crossfit Level One Trainer, ACE (American Counsel on Exercise) Group Fitness Instructor, Schwinn Certified Trainer, Tabata Bootcamp Certified Trainer, R.I.P.P.E.D. Trainer, Kettlebell Certified Trainer, TRX-RIP Trainer

RANDI WALZ

Randi has 25 years of experience in the fitness industry. She is certified through NETA as both a Group Fitness Instructor and Personal Trainer, and holds certifications in Group Cycle and Cardio Pump. She has experience in facility management, health and fitness seminar speaking, and has been employed in several club systems in North Dakota and Minnesota. She loves assisting individuals in their health and fitness goals and is continuously inspired by the motivation and determination of her clients.

LISA POPPLE

As a fitness instructor I tell participants, 'It's your workout, so do what you can; just do something.' I live by that. Also when I feel like quitting, I tell myself, 'You're an athlete—you've got this.' I have come to love workouts that combine strength and cardio at a fast-paced level. Underground Fitness classes challenge me to lead and work the entire class to a higher energy level in a supportive setting. All of our members encourage each other to become stronger and healthier.
